The blue-and-white striped awnings on Vesterbrogade signal something Parisian before you've even walked in. This boutique hotel is the hospitality arm of Cofoco, Copenhagen's eighteen-restaurant collective, and the same seasonal, sustainability-first philosophy runs the building, solar-paneled and carbon-negative, with no plastic in sight. Inside, the rooms split the difference between hygge and genuinely stylish. Café Coco serves coffee and light fare, and several Cofoco restaurants sit within a short walk.
