Inside, this two-Michelin-star fine dining spot applies pastry technique across an entire tasting menu, no refined sugar anywhere in it, with a paired drink tailored to every course. Counter seats look straight into the kitchen. The place lands on the World's 50 Best list, and the room feels more like a lively dinner party than a temple of gastronomy.
