    Perched on the upper floors of Festival Tower West above Nakanoshima, this luxury hotel sits roughly 200 metres over Osaka, which makes the floor-to-ceiling city views feel less like an amenity and more like the whole point. Rooms run fifty square metres or more, with tea sets, espresso machines, and enough bedside outlets to satisfy any road warrior. The bar's river-and-rooftop panorama at forty floors up is its own argument. Holds a Michelin Key and a Forbes Four Star.
