The silhouette of this 1912 palace still dominates the Trouville seafront, all neoclassical grandeur facing the Channel. Inside, the renovations lean contemporary but kept enough Belle Époque bones that it doesn't feel like a rebrand. The hotel's 103 rooms and suites are built around the original idea of the place, which was always about restoration, and the thalassotherapy spa gives that word something to do. The restaurant and brasserie are well thought of locally.
