A Michelin-starred bistro in Deauville where Normandy coastline produce meets Korean sensibility, the result of a couple who crossed paths at a celebrated Paris French-Asian restaurant and brought the idea home. The room is modern and warm, the cooking quietly ambitious: local fish, oysters, and wagyu drift between France and the Pacific Rim without announcing the journey. It feels exactly like somewhere a seaside town this particular doesn't deserve, and somehow has.
