Bronze bar, trees hanging from the ceiling, and a view straight out to sea: Delta earns its two Michelin stars in a fifth-floor dining room inside the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre. The chef runs a single 12-course creative Greek tasting menu, sustainability-driven and sourced from their own kitchen garden and local fishers. It is unambiguously a special-occasion place, and it looks the part without trying too hard.
