Chandeliers made from wine glasses set the tone at this warm, unfussy Swiss restaurant in Zurich, where the cooking leans on local farms and old-school craft rather than fashion. The menu runs three to five courses in the evening, with Alpine ingredients done plainly and well. Lunchtimes bring their own changing spread. A Michelin Bib Gourmand, and the kind of place where the locals look like regulars because they are. The summer terrace is spacious enough to actually enjoy.
