A two-Michelin-star restaurant on a quiet piazza where an elm tree and a seventeenth-century church do most of the decorating. Inside, chef Davide Oldani runs a tasting-menu operation built on what you might call cheerful precision: Italian in instinct, technically immaculate, and plated with a slightly pop sensibility that keeps the whole thing from taking itself too seriously. The sommelier's pairings lean playful, which fits the room perfectly.
