Dough & Brew is a casual pizzeria with a convivial streak, where the dough gets serious attention and the atmosphere stays loose. It doesn't chase the Neapolitan tradition; it runs its own Anglo-modern formula instead, which 50 Top Pizza Europe has noted among its excellent pizzerias.
