Dreamin' Man is a tiny Japanese-leaning coffee shop on Rue Amelot that looks like a flea market stall that learned to pull espresso. There's a vintage wooden bar, brick walls, chipped-paint chairs, and shelves crowded with knick-knacks nobody is allowed to rearrange. It sits well off the tourist path, which is how you end up lingering over a pour-over, the thing to order here, and forgetting your next plan.
