    A one-star Michelin restaurant sitting inside a handsome Arts and Crafts building on the edge of Richmond Park, which already feels like cheating. The cooking is deeply seasonal, built on classical technique, and the tasting menu is where it all clicks into place. Sauces are a recurring pleasure here. The service is warm without hovering, and the team somehow also hosts quarterly classical music recitals, because why not.
