A Japanese restaurant on the seventh floor of a hotel, named for the goddess of Fortune, which feels appropriate given the rooftop terrace with a sweep of old Belgrade below. The menu runs the full range, sushi through teppanyaki, with a ramen or two for good measure, and the bar next door pours saketini-inspired cocktails. The European desserts are a small, cheerful betrayal of the concept that nobody seems to mind.
