The Schmieder family has run it for decades, and the smoke-kissed meats are still the reason to come, though the kitchen also moves through Italian seafood and land dishes with quiet confidence. A family member curates the wine list personally, which shows. It sits just off the Bolzano highway, convenient in the way that only truly committed restaurants can be.
