An old oil press still anchors the dining room at this fine dining restaurant inside Belmond's La Residencia, the stone mill machinery sitting quietly while the chef works through a tasting menu that maps his Granada roots onto Mallorcan ingredients. The through-line is Mediterranean with North African undertones, loosely orbiting the world of García Lorca. In summer the tables move to a terrace with mountain and village views that do most of the selling.
