Sa Pedrissa

A stone finca tucked into the Tramuntana mountains between the sea and the village of Deià, Sa Pedrissa is a small luxury country-house hotel where most rooms lean antique and candlelit, but the two signature suites go full minimalist, apparently so the mountains and water can do the decorating. There's a terrace pool with views that make the pool almost beside the point, and a restaurant working through the island's traditional flavors with some ambition.
