An Italian couple who fell for Menorca now runs this market-driven restaurant across the square from the Santa María de Mahón church. Ingredients come straight off fishing boats and local farms, so the menu shifts with whatever showed up that morning. The kitchen leans Menorcan but can't quite resist a passatelli, the chef's mother's Emilia Romagna recipe, made with island cheese instead of parmesan. The kitchen is fully gluten-free.
