Stone-block courtyard, old-growth trees, ivy-wrapped columns, and a wrap-around terrace before you've even looked at the menu. El Tigre Silencioso is a cantina in Roma Norte where the setting does a lot of the talking and the kitchen answers back with creative Mexican cooking that likes unexpected combinations. The open kitchen and corner bar keep things loose, and the crowd tends to dress like they've been here before.
