    A curtain separates the daytime cocktail bar at the front from a tiny, Michelin-starred dining room hidden at the back, which keeps things pleasantly conspiratorial. The modern tasting menu, with a vegetarian version available on request, weaves in subtle Italian and Asian notes without making a fuss about it. Covers are few, the service runs warm and precise, and the whole thing feels like a room that's decided not to perform.
