    A magazine about the outdoors decided to build a hotel, and it turns out that's a reasonable idea. Field & Stream's first foray into hospitality lands in Bozeman, close enough to Bridger Bowl and Big Sky for ski season and well-positioned for summer fishing and hiking. Yellowstone is a longer drive south. The Michelin Guide has selected it. Expect the full outdoor-lodge treatment, delivered by people who have been writing about this lifestyle for a very long time.
