    The kitchen team works behind smoked glass, visible but unhurried, while a young front-of-house crew moves with the kind of easy confidence that suggests they enjoy being here. Fine Fleur is a fine dining restaurant inside the Botanic Sanctuary Hotel, and holds a Michelin star for modern French cooking with a Dutch edge: gutsy sauces, exotic flavors, and a pastry chef who clearly has something to prove. Jacob Jan Boerma and Thomas Diepersloot are behind it.
