A pizza spot in Copenhagen's Nørrebro-adjacent northwest that runs from morning coffee through late dinner, Flere Fugle does something modest and slightly absurd: it leans Nordic on a form that is already Italian, so you end up with red beetroot and goat cheese on your pizza and somehow it makes sense. The room is big and Scandinavian-spare, and the garden out back has a leafy, unhurried quality that the city's summer rewards generously.
