    The team is up before dawn baking trays of fat, fluffy focaccia, and everything else follows from that. This is a sandwich counter, a focaccia-forward one, where the bread lands somewhere between pillow and slab and carries fillings like prime rib with smoked horseradish cream. Half portions exist for those who haven't cleared their schedule. A few outdoor tables and some counter seats round out what is a charmingly low-frills operation. The Michelin Guide has it listed.
