    A glass-fronted, Michelin-starred restaurant near the canal in the Dublin suburbs, where the tables closest to the open kitchen fill up first for good reason. The cooking is restrained in the best sense: fine ingredients handled with confidence and left largely alone. A tasting menu is the way to go, and the room has a quiet, unhurried elegance that makes a long dinner feel like the obvious choice.
