    A secret garden links two very different buildings at this boutique guesthouse just off St. Stephen's Green: a Georgian townhouse and a sleek modernist mews designed by architect Sam Stephenson. Rooms follow whichever house they're in, either ornate cornicing or clean lines. No bar or restaurant keeps things quiet, though breakfast is a serious production. Central Dublin is a short walk in any direction.
