    A Neapolitan-style pizza restaurant in a bright, roomy space that somehow avoids the rustic-trattoria cliché Helsinki has seen plenty of. The dough is the thing here: well-cooked with enough structure that a loaded slice holds its shape rather than folding into a sad triangle. Some ingredients come straight from Italy, and the kitchen has a light touch with bold combinations. It ranked 25th on 50 Top Pizza Europe, which for Finland is a long way from the usual suspects.
