Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors frame the Sea of Cortez from every room at this Forbes Four Star resort on the Baja Peninsula, which opened recently enough that the towels still feel new. The Riviera-inspired buildings use natural stone and earthy tones so the whole property reads as landscape rather than interruption. Three restaurants, an open-air spa, and several pools fill out the days for guests who came to do absolutely nothing, efficiently.
