    A Beaux Arts facade on the Caspian waterfront, looking out over a park toward the water, in a city that hasn't exactly been overrun with luxury hotels. The Four Seasons Baku holds a Forbes Five Star and two Michelin Keys, and the interiors lean contemporary marble and chandelier while the indoor pool channels a Roman bathhouse vibe. The restaurant, bar, and tea salon make it a genuine meeting place for the whole city, not just guests.
