    Eighteen acres of terraced gardens slope down to the Ayung River, and the resort grows much of what ends up on the plate, eggplant and lemongrass among them. At 60 rooms it runs small for a Four Seasons, so the pools, restaurants, and pair of spas all feel like they belong to you rather than a convention. It holds a Forbes Five Star and a 50 Best Most Admired Hotel Group Award.
