    Five minutes from Ubud's center but fully removed from it, this 29-room resort sits in forested volcanic hills with valley views that drop away beneath the infinity pools. It's a COMO property, which means luxury without the gilded excess, the design running toward Zen simplicity and Balinese materials rather than chandeliers. The spa leans into fitness and holistic health, and complimentary yoga and morning walks set the tone for the whole place.
