The gilded accents and cherry-red booths at this TriBeCa brasserie give it the feel of a Dionysian feast that's been running for decades, even though it hasn't. Riad Nasr and Lee Hanson run the kitchen, and the room they've built pulls a crowd that treats a Tuesday like a Saturday. The menu leans classic French, oysters and soupe de poisson and white asparagus, done with enough conviction to earn a James Beard Award for Outstanding Restaurateur.
