Beside Frederikspark, just past the city centre, Fris is a tasting-menu restaurant where French technique and Asian seasoning share the same plate without fighting about it. The team runs a 10-course menu, with a shorter version if you'd rather not commit to the full evening. The kitchen has a clear point of view: familiar classical structures built around unexpected spicing. The room is spacious and contemporary, and the wine pairings are taken seriously.
