Funk is a plant-based bakery in Zuid whose croissants shatter like they have something to prove, all without a gram of butter. The ground floor has the best light and a calm that feels almost suspicious for a place with a pastry case this good. Showing up shortly before 10 gets you a table and a short queue, and the kitchen then starts on savory plates, which aren't all vegan.
