    A sculptural blue horse in the lobby announces that G Hotel, occupying floors 57 through 75 of Nanjing's Golden Eagle World tower, is not here to blend in. The 455 rooms are calmer in palette, each a generous fifty square meters with city views that do the decorating. The 56th-floor infinity pool and sky platform are the reason to book a high floor, and there's an all-day restaurant plus a dedicated Jiangnan dining room below them.
