Gaggan Anand's collaboration with Louis Vuitton puts a progressive Asian tasting restaurant inside a luxury fashion house, which is either the most Bangkok thing imaginable or just Tuesday. The dining room runs ten marble tables, the staff dress head-to-toe in LV, and the seasonal menu moves in two acts from Anand's famous yoghurt explosion through Thai-ingredient plates with a French lean. It holds a spot on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants list.
