    Brass and marble meet hand-woven silk in the lobby, which architect André Fu designed as a riff on the original Manhattan property filtered through Thai craft traditions. It's a luxury hotel occupying the upper floors of a Ratchadamri high-rise, with three floors given over entirely to dining and drinking, city views included. Forbes Four Star. The art deco bones are confident enough that you almost forget you're in a tower.
