    The name translates from Romansh as "nest," and the dining room takes that literally, wrapping you in greenery and warmth inside the St. Regis. This is fine dining built around sharing plates, which is a quietly radical move at this price point. Swiss chef Andreas Caminada's first restaurant outside Europe, it holds a Michelin star and follows European seasons rather than local ones. The crowd tends to dress accordingly.
