A family-run restaurant near the train station where the kitchen leans hard into regional Austrian cooking, the kind that changes with the season and never apologizes for the dumplings. Venison ragout with chanterelles, curd dumplings for dessert, a terrace out back when the weather plays along. The room is warm and unhurried, the sort of place where a set menu of three to five courses feels like the obvious move.
