Gemüse is a Berlin-style kebab shop in Montmartre, and the name is German for "vegetables," which turns out to be the whole plan. The spit-roasted chicken plays backup to a pile of roasted and raw carrots, peppers, zucchini, and slaw, all stuffed into sesame bread that holds together under the sauces. The line wraps around the corner, but it moves quickly, so you'll be eating on the sidewalk before your patience runs out.
