A small bistro near Glorieta de Bilbao where the chef's handmade pasta doubles as the entire point of coming. The team trained under Dabiz Muñoz at DiverXo, and the Italian instincts are intact, though a Thai-inflected burrata or a cod-and-pil-pil ravioli suggests the kitchen isn't above a detour. The menu is short on purpose, long on handmade pasta, and the whole room reads like a love letter to a Neapolitan grandmother, which is exactly what it is.
