    The corner unit on noisy Calle de Sagasta looks like it forgot to finish being built, all bare concrete and zero cushions, which turns out to be entirely intentional. Fismuler is a contemporary Spanish restaurant run by a team with El Bulli in their past, and that restless, slightly rule-averse energy comes through in the cooking. The room fills with the kind of Madrid crowd that considers a hard chair a reasonable price for a good meal.
