Perched above the sea inside the Santa Caterina hotel, this fine-dining restaurant earns its Michelin star with a menu that's rooted in Campanian flavors but clearly restless. The chef spent years in California, Australia, Asia, and elsewhere, and those miles show in the cooking without overwhelming it. The Amalfi Coast backdrop does a lot of the work, and the kitchen doesn't need to compete with it.
