A Michelin-starred dining room on the Amalfi Coast that has been feeding famous visitors since before it was fashionable to care about Campanian cuisine. The kitchen leans hard into local tradition, fresh pezzogna and swordfish, Amalfi lemons, and tomatoes appearing in nearly half the dishes. The sommelier, Tonino, has a reputation for finding exactly the right bottle from a list that runs from La Tâche to obscure organic rarities nobody else stocks.
