    A wisteria-framed terrace above the Gulf of Salerno, with the Cilento mountains doing their best impression of a painted backdrop: the view at this Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant inside Villa Cimbrone is, by most measures, unfair to everywhere else. The Campanian kitchen leans into the region's produce with dishes that range from classically rooted to loosely reinterpreted, all carrying the kind of intensity the local ingredients seem to insist on. Book well ahead.
