    The infinity pool hangs over the Amalfi Coast like it's auditioning for a postcard, which is probably why guests keep missing dinner. This Belmond hotel occupies a medieval hilltop palazzo in Ravello, all stone lions at the entrance and frescoed ceilings within, and holds a Forbes Five Star. Villa Rufolo and Villa Cimbrone are minutes away, but the landscaped gardens and that view make leaving feel like a logistical problem worth postponing.
