Goya Gallery
Mediterranean
A bar-turned-restaurant with a Valencia film festival in its past, Goya Gallery has been filling tables with regulars long enough that the rice dishes sell out before noon if you haven't called ahead. The Mediterranean menu leans on honest starters and the house specialty of dry and honeyed rice, which the kitchen takes seriously enough to require a morning reservation. Old-school in the best, least-ironic sense.
