A Michelin-starred restaurant inside an impressive Ruzafa mansion, where the terrace is good enough to linger on long after you've finished eating. Chef Begoña Rodrigo runs several tasting menus, each organized around a different corner of the sea or the garden, with vinegars, pickles, and citrus doing a lot of the heavy lifting. The vegetarian charcuterie alone tends to stop the table mid-conversation.
