The concept here is "Bed & Beverage," which tells you nearly everything: cocktail experts and designer Dorothée Meilichzon teamed up to build a 37-room bohemian hotel in SoPi where the bar is really the point and the rooms are just the bar with a mattress in them. Pre-made cocktails wait in the minibar, and the full bar menu comes via room service. The Michelin Guide selected it, and the vibe is pure South Pigalle, not palace hotel.
