Tyrolean ravioli filled with cranberries, Gruyère, and beetroot tells you most of what you need to know about this mountain restaurant in Obergurgl. The young chef cooks close to the region and the season, offering both à la carte and a four-to-six course menu from a room with an Alpine-modern feel. Ski boots are probably fine at lunch; dinner calls for slightly more effort from the après-crowd filtering in from the slopes next door.
