The chef runs a vegetarian and vegan tasting menu, nine courses mid-week and thirteen on weekends, with all diners seated at the same hour. It holds a Michelin star, which pairs oddly and perfectly with the back-to-the-soil philosophy. Zillertal locals and committed pilgrims share the same unhurried room.
