The hotel occupies part of the old flatiron-shaped Queensbank building in Southbank, a neighborhood that sits just quietly enough across the river to feel like a deliberate exhale from the CBD. Flack Studio fitted out all 188 rooms with warm, retro tones and rich textures, giving the whole place a look that reads as thoughtfully designed rather than accidentally charming. Crown Casino is a short walk away, and the city center is a bridge.
